Who would have thought rural Wales would have such poor Internet access?! We’ve struggled on all networks so you might have to excuse the delays in posts. Apparently the nearest wifi is in a pub 4 miles away, so..,
We’ve had a brilliant day, in spite of the weather. Whilst we all grimaced in the wind and rain as we walked to the pebbly beach, most of us ended up jumping around in the sea anyway! Brrrr! Photos tomorrow hopefully.
After that we returned home to get suited (and bow-tied) for the inaugural Opening Gala Dinner. Network organized a stunning five course meal, and each leader was tasked with coming up with an act that entertained the scouts for two minutes! Some acts fared better than others in front of a brutal audience!
Time for bed now, and hopefully the weather will be better when we wake up!
